Returns Policy

At Core Fitness we offer 30 Days return, products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. (if your item had tags when you received it) 

 

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN? 

You can return all items from your order. 

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND? 

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

 

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM? 

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:

• Your Order Number

• Item Name

• Photos that show:

  1. The fault as clearly as possible

  2. Full-length photo of the item

  3. The CORE FITNESS logo or label

Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until you've been in touch.
